Dieser Arbeitszyklus trägt den Namen eines Wolfsgeistes bei den Cheyenne: Der rote Wolf Maheone' honehe stellt eine totemistische Einheit dar und verweist auf einen schamanistischen Hintergrund. Aber auch der Wolf in seiner schillernden Besetzung in unserer westlichen Tradition, etwa im Märchen vom Rotkäppchen, das ähnliche Wurzeln haben dürfte, wird hier angesprochen. This project is titled after a wolf spirit of the Cheyenne. The red wolf Maheone’ honehe stands for a totemic entity and refers to a shamanistic background. He reminds us as well of his other incarnations in the Western tradition, e.g. the fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood, which may have similar roots.
